Redrow Strengthens Customer & Marketing Division
Leading UK housebuilder Redrow has strengthened its customer and marketing team with a new company appointment.
Previous Group Communications Director, Matt Grayson has been appointed in the newly created role of Group Customer & Marketing Director.
In his new role, Mr Grayson will lead the newly-consolidated Group customer service, sales, marketing, and communications function at an Executive board level.
This position has been created as part of the company's effort to deliver a best in class and seamless customer experience as it responds to evolving consumer needs.
He brings experience as Head of Marketing and Communications with Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club to the new role.
John Tutte, Executive Chairman at Redrow, said: "We've recognised that the needs of our customers are changing, particularly as they increasingly transact and communicate with us in many ways and across multiple channels. Our desire to provide the best possible service from start to finish means that consolidating these important facets under one person and at executive board level is vital.
"Prioritising our customer service journey has already seen significant benefits for our business. Under the leadership of Matt Grayson, our new combined team will continue to reinforce our commitment to not just building homes, but also sustainable communities."
Matt Grayson added: "It is a huge privilege to take on a new role at Redrow at such a transformational time for the new homes industry. I'm incredibly excited about working more closely with all of our 15 divisions across these all-important areas as we continue to deliver a high-quality product which surpasses expectations.
"The Redrow brand is hugely respected and I look forward to continuing to evolve customer experience and highlighting the many ways in which Redrow makes such a positive, and unique, difference to customers and communities."
