"We closely monitor our performance through Network Rail's RPP system and are currently operating at over 98%."

Network Rail's Route to Gold programme is an awards-based performance measure of plant supplier reliability, aiming to increase performance and quality within the plant supply chain and embed a culture of continuous improvement within the rail industry.

James Helm, Network Rail's Plant Reliability Team Project Manager, commented: "We are delighted to have presented A-Plant Rail with a Bronze Award.

"They have shown a consistent approach to capturing dry hires through their Rail Desk with over 500 shifts now loaded and scored in the RPP system.

"The team is clearly customer-focused and with the support to fully integrate RPP across all of its depots, there is confidence of further progression.

"I look forward to supporting further improvement in the A-Plant Rail Route to Gold."
