Morgan Sindall Welcomes London Construction Framework Success

Morgan Sindall Construction is celebrating after being named on four lots of a £5 billion construction framework in London.

The London Construction Programme (LCP) is run by Haringey Council and is available to use by local authorities and other public sector organisations in London and the Home Counties for projects ranging from £1 million to more than £20 million.

Richard Dobson, Morgan Sindall Construction's area director for London, said: "We're very pleased to have been awarded a place on four major lots in the new London Construction Programme. Frameworks such as this act as an effective vehicle to support early contractor engagement and enhance the highly-collaborative and creative partnerships that we believe help our projects to thrive.

"This next iteration of the London Construction Programme will enable the delivery of highly innovative and transformative schemes for public sector bodies across London and the Home Counties over the next five years. Morgan Sindall Construction has a wealth of experience in delivering impactful projects across the region and we're looking forward to the opportunity to continue this legacy through the London Construction Programme."

The firm secured a place on two housing and residential lots, lot 1.3 and 1.4 (projects ranging from £10 million to £20 million and £20 million plus), and two education and leisure lots, lot 2.3 and 2.4 (projects ranging from £10 million to £20 million and £20 million plus).

The London Construction Programme will run for five years until 2024.
