Mace Secures New CPSH Contract
Mace Macro has secured a contract from the UK's largest distributor of plumbing and heating products, City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (CPSH).
The business will deliver facilities management services for CPSH across the UK and Ireland. They will take responsibility for the management of facilities services on behalf of CPSH across its portfolio nationwide. The estate, which includes a mixture of distribution centres, office space and branches, will be supported by Macro's in-house helpdesk service through its fm24 team.
The company will also oversee the service delivery of mechanical and electrical, emergency and fire safety, building fabric, cleaning, waste, vending and hard and soft landscaping services during the three-year contract period.

This is a key contract win for the business, cementing our UK capability within the retail sector. CPSH has over 370 properties in its portfolio with over 1 million sq ft of space within its distribution centres.
