Wates FM Strengthens Presence In Private Sector
Wates Group's FM division has strengthened its position in the private sector with a key contract renewal.
The business has extended its previous three-year agreement with Mott MacDonald for hard services and M&E provision across the engineering and development consultancy's national portfolio of 34 buildings.
James Gregg, Managing Director of Wates FM, commented: "I am extremely proud of the momentum Wates FM is achieving with a strong order book of diverse clients, each with individual needs being met by our exceptional teams.

Wates FM currently manages over 350 commercial properties, delivering services including statutory compliance, cleaning, security, catering, porterage, front-of-house, help desks and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM), as well as mechanical and electrical and building fabric maintenance through a mix of site based and mobile teams.
