Former McLaren Boss Joins Midas

A former McLaren Managing Director has joined the ranks of Midas Group.

Steve Hart has been appointed to take on the role of Divisional Director within the residential business of Midas, Mi-space.

He joins the business with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and will be at the helm of the business's new build projects; working with a wide range of customers, including private sector developers, local authorities and housing associations, to provide much needed, high quality new homes.

In his most recent role of Operations Director at leading social housing association London & Quadrant Group, Steve took on the responsibility for managing house building schemes ranging from 100 to 800 units.

Commenting on his appointment, Steve said: "I am delighted to join Mi-space. The ethos that I bring with me is one of working in partnership with our customers to provide the best homes possible for residents. I am passionate about building quality homes for people and communities. That passion for quality will be at the forefront of what I do going forward."

Alan Hope, Chief Executive of the Midas Group, added: "I am pleased to welcome Steve to the team. His experience will be a significant asset for us as we continue to drive forward our Mi-space business and the delivery of our group-wide vision to be leaders in customer service and performance."
