Mace has enhanced its Strategic Advisory business with two senior appointments.
Experienced consultants Shelley Frost and Lesha Chetty have joined the company as directors, where they will look to expand the Strategic Advisory service offering.
Shelley and Lesha will work within the Strategic Advisory team to create strong business cases for clients, advising on corporate real estate, development, capital planning, operational expenditure, location, people and process.
Before Mace, Shelley Frost led the EMEA consulting function at JLL since 2011. She was also the global client relationship manager for Barclays and Shell, with strategic oversight over BP, Sky and Unilever.
During her time at JLL, Shelley also served as a member of the company's global board for consulting, setting strategic direction for the practice's 600 consultants.
Commenting on her appointment, Shelley said: "I am delighted to join Mace at such an exciting time and help grow their Strategic Advisory business. With my experience in global consultancy for major corporate clients, I am ready to expand Mace's offering in this sector, building on its track record in delivering complex capital investment schemes."
Lesha Chetty also brings her experience as a management consultant working in the big four and as managing director at Ankura, together with unique industry experience in holding senior roles for clients.
Lesha Chetty, Strategic Advisory Director at Mace, added: "Mace offers a distinctive opportunity to transition our clients from initial concepts and strategy through to implementation. I am delighted to take our clients on this journey and be part of an organisation with an innovative approach to understanding and addressing complex problems with realistic and deliverable solutions."
These appointments represent an investment into Mace's consultancy offering, which consists of a collection of separate but affiliated services offerings. This includes placemaking, strategic planning, transformation and change, social value, risk management and assurance, and procurement.
