J. Murphy & Sons has secured a £18.5 million contract from Steyn Group to develop a mixed use new residential block in north London.

Work has already started in Camden on delivering the 24 private and 12 affordable housing units, as well as some commercial space.

Flagship MD Bruce Good said: "Flagship is very excited about the flexible office product which will brought to Camden as part of the scheme. Flagship will provide flexible office spaces to enterprises of all sizes as we continue to meet the demands of the changing working environment."

The project is expected to be completed by Summer 2022.
