The new public open space will feature hard and soft landscaping with a new playground and outdoor gym included and a series of bridges over the existing canal feeder that runs through the sites.

Steve Leakey, Managing Director of Higgins said: "We are very pleased to be part of this exciting masterplan for Stonebridge and work with Brent Council to bring these brand new high quality homes to the area. We look forward to starting on site in the coming months."
