GAP Hire Solutions has scooped prestigious accolades at the Hire Awards of Excellence.
The company won in both the Hire Industry Product of the Year and the Catalogue of the Year categories.
The hire company's AutoHybird ZERO Welfare Unit, developed in close collaboration with AJC EasyCabin, earned them the Hire Industry Product of the Year accolade. Available in sizes 12ft to 22.9ft and perfect for ultra-low-emission zones, the revolutionary AutoHybrid ZERO is the ideal hire solution for GAP’s customers in a wide range of sectors including construction, rail, events and utilities. The innovative welfare unit is a replacement for traditional diesel-powered systems, combining solar and hydrogen fuel cell power to reduce costs and eliminate local carbon emissions.
GAP's easy to use and highly visual 2020 catalogue showcases the wide range of products, services and innovations available from the hire firm. Designed completely in-house, the modern, fresh and user-friendly design allows readers to identify and source equipment from GAP’s ten divisions quickly and efficiently.
Douglas Anderson, Managing Director at GAP, commented: "We are all absolutely ecstatic to have won both these prestigious awards. Each year GAP is delighted to be acknowledged by the Hire Association of Europe and Event Hire Association.
"To be awarded Hire Industry Product of the Year for our AutoHybrid ZERO Welfare Unit is incredibly important to us. As a company, we work hard to reduce not only our own carbon footprint but also our customers’. Our close relationships with our suppliers allow us to do this and means GAP will continue to introduce innovative, environmentally friendly products into the industry wherever and whenever possible."
