Lovell Homes Launches Key Workers Scheme
Developer Lovell Homes is urging Somerset property seekers who work in the public sector to take advantage of its Key Workers scheme.
The scheme is available for a limited time on the homes at its Keepers Gate development in Weston-super-Mare.
The scheme, which is only available with reservations that complete before 18th December 2020, aims to benefit a range of property seekers looking to take that first step on or move up the property ladder, and is available on the final three four-bedroom homes for this year at Keepers Gate.
The Key Workers scheme offers eligible individuals a £500 discount for every £25,000 spent on a new Lovell home, which is equal to 2% of the property's purchase price. As an added extra, the scheme also includes flooring up to the value of £3,000.
Lovell's Key Worker scheme is available to those working in the NHS, Education, Police, Fire Service, Ministry of Defence, Environmental Health Service, Highways England Traffic Officer Service, Prison Service, Probation Service and Local Authorities.
Julie Bowen, regional sales director at Lovell, said: "We're thrilled to be able to offer a bespoke Key Workers scheme on our stunning Balmoral style home at Keepers Gate, which aims to provide financial support for public sector personnel looking to purchase a brand-new home.
"It is extremely important that we support the communities local to our developments and those working in the public sector are vital to the infrastructure of every community. I'd encourage anybody interested to speak with our sales team to find out how this offer can be tailored to each individual and their requirements."
Located off Wentwood Drive, Keepers Gate is a collection of three and four-bedroom homes, with properties surrounded by stunning, far stretching landscapes.
With the removal of Stamp Duty on all sales taking place before 31 March 2021, homebuyers can now save up to £15,000 when purchasing a home at Keepers Gate.
