Bromford Extends Partnership With Wates Living Space

Housing association Bromford has extended its repairs and improvements contract with housing maintenance specialist, Wates Living Space.

Since the beginning of the partnership, Wates has completed 3,485 kitchens and 2,064 bathrooms, with the latest, year-long extension set to see a further 400 new kitchens installed in properties across the West Midlands as part of Bromford's multi-year modernisation programme.

Stewart Reid, Regional Managing Director for Wates Living Space said: "We have enjoyed a long and successful partnership with the team at Bromford and we are delighted to continue to deliver these vital modernisation works as we continue to deliver great results for residents."
