Sureserve subsidiaries has announced that two of its Gas compliance businesses, K&T Heating and Sure Maintenance, have successfully retained a long-term Gas Servicing, Repair and Installation Contract with our long-standing existing client, The Guinness Partnership.

The contract term is a minimum of five years and capped at 10 years, commencing on 01 September, and is expected to generate a combined sales revenue of £140 million over the full 10-year term. The Guinness Partnership is a large national provider of social housing who own and manage more than 65,000 homes throughout England.

By securing the London and South East regions of this Contract, we will be able to build both strong and sustainable futures within the communities we serve and to continue developing the service promises we make, together with our team of committed people who help us achieve this."
