Fusion21 Confirms Suppliers To £120m Consultants Framework
Fusion21 has announced the suppliers appointed to the £120 million Consultants Framework.
A total of 112 specialist firms have secured a place on the framework which is expected to support more than 100 projects each year.
Offering 12 lots, it has been developed to meet the needs of a wide range of public sector organisations - including housing, education, health, blue light, local authorities, and central government.
The framework covers a broad spectrum of consultancy services, from multidisciplinary to surveying; stock monitoring and appraisal; architectural; environmental; engineering and project management.
Now in its fifth iteration, the framework features four new lots - Building Information Modelling; Fit Out Consultancy; Facilities Management Consultancy and Zero Carbon and Sustainability.
The full lot structure includes:
• Lot 1 - Project Management and Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services and Lead Consultant
• Lot 2 - Stock Monitoring & Appraisal
• Lot 3 - Building Information Modelling - NEW
• Lot 4 - Architectural
• Lot 5 - Fit Out Consultancy - NEW
• Lot 6 - Heritage and Conservation
• Lot 7 - Structural and Civil Engineering
• Lot 8 - Building Engineering Services
• Lot 9 - Facilities Management Consultancy - NEW
• Lot 10 - Principal Designer
• Lot 11 - Zero Carbon and Sustainability - NEW
• Lot 12 - Valuations
Framework benefits include:
• Flexible approaches to call off without reopening competition – Direct Award (with or without Negotiation) and Single Stage Further Competition
• Procured in line with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015
• Coverage of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
