Pick Everard has been appointed to Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation's (ESPO) Consultancy Services framework (664).
ESPO has a longstanding history of providing goods and services to the public sector and is one of the country's largest professional buying organisations (PBO). The Consultancy Services framework is designed to create a simple and efficient solution for those looking to procure trustworthy advice from pre-approved suppliers.
With a wide range of areas covered, the framework allows for a variety of needs; from valuations, commercial estates strategy advice, auditing, environmental and sustainability services, and planning advice. The flexibility of this framework allows it to be convenient, with the possibility of selecting more than one consultancy service from numerous service providers but all accessed in one place providing a swift and cost-effective procurement solution.

The framework will run for the next four years, with Pick Everard’s appointment covering 10 lots including:

• Lot 8d Health And Safety

• Lot 8h Waste And Recycling
• Lot 10 Strategic Projects
Pick Everard tendered for this framework incorporating the technical expertise of several preferred delivery partners, providing them access to a national framework under the Pick Everard brand. The partners included in the group are APB, Delta Simons and Lichfields, which have all been selected due to their cultural fit with our own organisation and their proven ability to support Pick Everard’s own in-house, multi-disciplinary service offering. The combined expertise will provide clients procuring work through the framework with access to a diverse, expert team of specialists capable of delivering any services required on secured schemes.
