Mace has been selected by Caudwell to deliver their Audley Square development in Mayfair.
The scheme will bring an unrivalled selection of residences built and designed to appeal to global UHNW buyers.
Caudwell's ambition for Audley Square is to create the finest residential building in Mayfair to be built in recent decades.
Mace, as the Construction Manager for the scheme, will lead the construction process from delivery of the shell and core to façade packages and communal fit-out spaces.
Audley Square is located within the Mayfair Conservation Area and is surrounded by Grade II listed buildings, including the University Women's Club and the Embassy of Qatar.
Audley Square is the second prime real estate appointment in Mayfair for Mace this year, following the successful award to deliver 38 Berkeley Square, a new prime commercial office building on behalf of developer Astrea last month.
Gareth Lewis, CEO for Construction at Mace, said: "We are delighted to be selected as Caudwell’s construction partner, working together to create such an iconic project. We look forward to bringing our extensive experience in the super-prime segment to redefine the boundaries of delivery at Audley Square, such an important project for Caudwell, Mace Group and for London.
"Working together as 'Audley Square Team', we will reset the benchmark of quality and exceed the client’s ambition of achieving an unrepeatable super-prime residential development, surpassing all existing and proposed developments in London."
