New Product Helps Company Weather The 'Covid' Storm

Construction News Image
A brand new product introduced after a bold expansion move at the height of the pandemic helps a long-standing Bristol company ride the storm.

One of the UK's leading Shopfitting companies, Crown Display Ltd in Bristol, made a bold expansion move at the peak of the pandemic in 2020 to ensure they were in a position to ride out the ensuring storm, and successfully acquired the well known e-shopfittings by Hobday brand adding a whole new range of Sign Fittings to their already vast product range which they supply to the UK and beyond.

Signfittings and standoffs are a simple yet effective tool for sign makers, advertising and marketing companies to help their message stand out from the crowd. These small, relatively inexpensive, components are really essential to any and all retailers. Standoffs start at under £0.60 each and are sized from 12mm to 50mm. Other Sign Fittings are as small as 2mm, so there will be something to fit almost any sign. Estate Agents use them to hang their properties in the window, supermarkets need them for aisle and checkout signage, and a small newsagent might want them to showcase their special offers. You’ll even find them on building nameplates of solicitors, dentists, vets and even private houses!

Chris Rowntree, director, said: "It was the right move at the right time, and I’m delighted to have so many of Hobday’s original customers continuing to trade with us."

Standoffs and Sign Fittings are now part of their core range of products, alongside many familiar favourites i.e. Slatwall, Modular Retail Shelving, Checkout Counters and Card Units. They continue to develop and strive to provide new and existing customers with excellent quality products, innovate display solutions, alongside 5 star service.
