Birmingham City Council has selected EQUANS to deliver planned and responsive repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works to more than 40,000 council owned properties in the city, in a deal worth £160million.

For the last five years, EQUANS has been responsible for maintaining 9,000 homes across the North of the city, and this contract has been extended by a further two years. In addition, EQUANS has now also been awarded the contract for an extra 31,000 homes across Birmingham’s East and West quadrants.


The new contracts will continue EQUANS’s successful partnership with Birmingham Council which has also resulted in thousands of homes across the city being made warmer, safer and more energy efficient.
