SevenHomes Acquires Residential Site In Warwick

SevenHomes has acquired a residential site in Bagington, Warwick.

Situated on land off Rosswood Farm on Coventry Road, the proposed development will deliver circa 60 new homes to the local area, 40% of which are earmarked as affordable, providing a real opportunity for residents to get onto or move up the property ladder.

An outline planning application for the 5.4-acre development site, which is expected to deliver an estimated GDV of £18 million, will be submitted to Warwick District Council in Q2 2022.

Jonathan Richards, managing director for SevenHomes, said: "Set in a desirable semi-rural location in Warwick, the site offers an attractive proposition for purchasers who want to enjoy idyllic living with quick and easy access to nearby Coventry.

"Perfect for young residents and families, the proposed development is located in a well-respected area with excellent local schooling, ideally positioned in the catchment areas for both Kenilworth and Warwick schools."
