Developer Crest Nicholson has secured planning permission for a brand new development, Hereford Grange in the charming village of Holmer, Herefordshire. Comprising 46 contemporary homes for private sale, the development will offer a collection of two, three and four-bedroom houses.
Located just two miles north of Hereford city centre, the development will appeal to a range of buyers looking for traditional, high-quality homes, from families, through to young professionals and downsizers. As with all Crest Nicholson properties, the homes available at Hereford Grange will be constructed with sustainable materials to limit the development's carbon footprint. Each house has also been thoughtfully designed to improve heat retention and energy efficiency, significantly cutting building waste, time on site and electricity bills for homeowners.
Vanessa MacNee, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Midlands, said: "As part of our continued commitment to invest in new homes in the Midlands, we are excited to have been granted planning permission for Hereford Grange, adding to Crest Nicholson's already strong offering for home buyers in the region. Our other local development, Ludlow Green, in nearby Ludlow, has already proved popular with a wide range of buyers so we are expecting a lot of interest at Hereford Grange, especially among buyers looking to enjoy the best of both worlds; peaceful countryside living whilst being well-connected to the surrounding area."
Meanwhile, Crest Nicholson is also expanding its existing developments across the Midlands, with new developments planned this year at Sketchley Gardens in Nuneaton, Montague Point in Warwick and Westwood Park in Coventry. Show homes are also expected to be launched at each development in the second half of this year.
Situated in the village of Holmer, residents of Hereford Grange benefit from a quiet, comfortable environment, while also having access to a range of entertainment venues, pubs, bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities just a stone's throw away in the cathedral city centre of Hereford. The development is also ideally located for those needing access to the surrounding area, offering easy access to the A49 and beyond, with Hereford train station, just 10 minutes away, offering direct services to Birmingham in an hour and 20 minutes.
Properties at the development are expected to go on sale from the summer, with prices to be announced later in the spring.
