Higgins Group has appointed Tom Robson as Head of Build to Rent.

He will support the company's ongoing expansion into the Build to Rent market.

Tom, who previously worked at Legal and General Capital and more recently at Lincoln Property Group, has a wealth of experience working on mixed use schemes and BTR developments.

Declan Higgins, Partnerships Director for Higgins Group commented: "With his knowledge and experience, Tom’s appointment will undoubtedly prove to be beneficial to the Group's strategy within the Build to Rent sector. Tom sits within the Group’s centralised Land and New Business team, focussed on both multi-family Build to Rent throughout the capital and single family suburban Build to Rent within the South East."

Tom said: "This is a great opportunity to build on the company’s experience of providing high quality new homes in the South East and Home Counties and complement it by diversifying into the build to rent market. Over recent years there has been a greater understanding of the build to rent concept with substantial equity being invested into the sector, and I look forward to working with the team and growing this market further within Higgins."
