Jonathan Richards, managing director for SevenHomes, said: "The development provides the best of both worlds for a wide range of purchasers, idyllically set in an attractive semi-rural location in the heart of Warwick, whilst benefitting from unrivalled transport links to nearby Coventry.

"The development is also located in a well-respected area with excellent local schooling, ideally positioned in the catchment areas for both Kenilworth and Warwick schools, ideal for young residents and families.

"We look forward to receiving a decision in due course and subject to planning approval, look forward to delivering the first homes by summer 2024."
