Phoenix Hire And Sales To Host Compact Equipment Open Day
Phoenix Hire and Sales, Yanmar's official dealer for South Wales, Gloucestershire and Bristol, has announced it is to host a compact equipment open day at its depot in Newport next month (8-9 September).
Specialising in tool, plant and powered access equipment, the event aims to bring together operators from across the region to showcase the market’s latest models and attachments.
From live product demonstrations and walk-around machine tours, to games, promotions and great offers across a wide range of brand new stock, the open day will profile class-leading models from several major suppliers.
Jason Derraven, sales and marketing director at Phoenix Hire and Sales, commented: "With demand for state-of-the-art compact plant equipment continuing to increase, we wanted to host a special event to profile some of the latest models available to operators across the region. Our open day aims to give customers the opportunity to see these machines in a working setting, as well as benefit from a whole host of promotions and special offers.
"Last month, we officially opened an 8,000sqft workshop facility at our Newport site, equipped with the latest tooling, diagnostics equipment and a wide range of spare parts to provide repair and refurbishment solutions. Visitors to our open day can take a tour of the new building and see the result of our continued investment into our national operations."
David Cockayne, UK & Ireland Sales Manager (South) at Yanmar Compact Equipment EMEA, added: "The team at Phoenix Hire and Sales Ltd have achieved hugely impressive growth since joining the Yanmar dealer network in August 2018. The open day will provide a great opportunity for operators to find out more about some of the latest models and most innovative technologies during a time of increasing demand for both new plant sales and hire.
"If you're interested in a new excavator, loader or carrier, why not head over to the Phoenix Newport site and see them in action first hand? You’re sure of a warm welcome and advice from a highly experienced team."
