Housebuilder Launches New Homes In Somerset

Construction News Image
Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched a limited number of five bedroom homes, part of a new phase at its Hygge Park development in Keynsham, Somerset.

Surrounded by plenty of open green space, yet just a stone's throw from everything Bristol and Bath have to offer, prospective buyers can enjoy the best of both worlds when choosing from this new, modern collection of houses.

The new homes on offer include the two storey, five bedroom 'Buckingham' and the three storey, five bedroom 'Windsor' house types, perfectly suited to a range of families looking for spacious properties with plenty of flexible living space. Each property features a large open plan kitchen-dining-living area that spans the full width of the house, with double French doors leading out to the garden, ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Downstairs, both house types have a separate light and airy living room, study, and utility room, providing plenty of storage and space to work from home. While the Buckingham has four well-proportioned doubles, a single bedroom, and two bathrooms accessible via gallery landing on the first floor, the Windsor is spread across three storeys. On the first floor, the Windsor has three spacious doubles, with the main bedroom benefitting from its own walk-in dressing area and ensuite, as well as a well-proportioned family bathroom. The top floor has a further two double bedrooms, and an additional bathroom.

These executive-style homes are ideal for a range of prospective buyers, including professionals who commute into either of the neighbouring cities, as well as those looking to set up a dedicated work-from-home space. Being five bedroom properties, the available homes will also appeal to growing and blended families looking for flexible space that can accommodate their household's evolving needs.

Clare Brimble, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson South West, said: "We are really excited to launch our brand new phase of five bedroom homes at Hygge Park. These new homes encapsulate modern family living thanks to their spacious, flexible living areas. The home design and Hygge Park’s accessibility to Bath and Bristol has resulted in lots of interest at Hygge Park from professionals looking for an executive-style family home, so we encourage those looking to act quickly on this new limited phase."

Located in Keynsham, equidistant between both Bristol and Bath, Hygge Park has been designed for commuters and homeowners wanting to make the most of everything on their doorstep. As well as being just a 20 minute drive from both cities, residents at Hygge Park benefit from excellent public transport links, with the train station just five minutes away by car, and a bus stop situated on the edge of the development. Bristol Airport is also 30 minutes away – an ideal location for those taking business or private trips.
