Crest Nicholson Launches Two New Show Homes
Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched two new show homes at its Highbrook View development in Stoke Gifford, located just a few miles from Bristol City Centre.
The three bedroom 'Chesham' and four bedroom 'Romsey' have been carefully designed with modern family living in mind. Leading interior designers Andrew Henry Interiors have styled both show homes, to give potential home buyers the perfect opportunity to envisage themselves living at Highbrook View.
The Chesham is a generously sized three bedroom home, ideal for young families. It features an open plan kitchen-dining area and separate living room, each stretching the full depth of the house. The ground floor is flooded with natural light, with a large bay window in the living room and French double doors from the dining area, providing direct access onto the garden. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms. While the main bedroom benefits from its own en suite, the remaining bedrooms share a well-proportioned family bathroom.
The Romsey is an enviable home for growing families, complete with three double bedrooms and a fourth single bedroom, an ideal space to set up a nursery, or a dedicated work from home space. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining and family area stetches across the full width of the house, perfect for entertaining, with double French doors leading out onto the garden. The home also has a separate living room that also benefits from a large bay window. The Romsey additionally features its own utility room and downstairs WC.
Adelene Billingham and Antonia Bates, Designers at Andrew Henry Interiors, commented: "We styled the Chesham's interiors with young families in mind, so the décor is bright and fun with lots of colours, including pops of pink, ochre, and blue. Taking inspiration from Bristol’s thriving art scene, we included many Bristol-based artists’ prints. As a contrast from the rest of the house, the living room has an atmospheric feel, with the walls painted a mid-blue colour, as a backdrop to help the amazing local artwork stand out, creating a cosy, warm space for the family to enjoy.
"The Romsey is a perfect home for older families, so we used plenty of modern furniture, colour blocking and a refreshing colour scheme of orange and turquoise shades. The combination of bold colours, playful patterns, and organic shapes makes this home feel vibrant and exciting. As with the Chesham, we've taken influence from the local area through the styling and artwork choices."
Clare Brimble, Sales and Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson South West, added: "In the past few years, having a balance between city and countryside living has become an increasingly important priority for home buyers. Situated on the edge of Bristol, life in Stoke Gifford means residents can access all the amenities on offer in the city, whilst having the South Gloucestershire countryside right on their doorstep.
"The development is ideally suited to a range of buyers including families, professionals and first-time buyers, with the schemes we have available to support movers. I would encourage anyone interested in finding out more about the development to visit our two new show homes to get a real feel for life living within this thriving community."
