Crest Nicholson Launches New Homes In Lydney
Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched a selection of new house types at its Mirum Park development in Lydney.
Situated within the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside, the new homes available in this historic town will comprise a new collection of three and four bedroom homes, meaning there’s something for a range of buyers, including, from first time buyers and families upsizing, to commuters and downsizers.
The new house types include the three bedroom Chesham, set across two storeys, and the four bedroom Filey, set across two and a half storeys. The Chesham features an open plan kitchen and dining area, plus separate living room, located off a spacious hallway. The ground floor is flooded with natural light thanks to the double French doors leading out onto the private garden from the kitchen-dining room, and the large bay window in the living room. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms. The main bedroom features its own fitted wardrobe and en suite, whilst the remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom.
The Filey also comprises an open-plan kitchen-dining room, plus a separate living room, on the ground floor. The bedrooms are split across the first and second floor, with the first floor featuring two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, which would make an ideal nursery or home office. There’s also a family bathroom, and plenty of storage thanks to the built-in cupboard. The main bedroom and its en suite make up the whole top floor. Both the Chesham and the Filey also benefit from two parking spaces each.
Clare Brimble, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson South West, said: "These days modern homebuyers' top priorities often include flexible spaces, suitable for home working. The brand-new house types with versatile floorplans available at Mirum Park offer exactly this, enabling buyers to adapt their home to suit their changing needs. Another top priority we see is having access to the countryside. Residents of Mirum Park benefit from unique green spaces right on their doorstep, with the countryside surrounding Lydney popular with both locals and visitors from afar, including the Forest of Dean.
"To help homebuyers secure their dream property at Mirum Park, we have a range of schemes available, including Deposit Unlock, where homebuyers can purchase a property with just a 5% deposit. Part Exchange and SmoothMove are perfect for buyers looking to move up the property ladder and wanting a stress-free move. Interest in Mirum Park has been high so far, with buyers increasingly looking for flexibility and the perfect balance between town and countryside living and a thriving community. We’d encourage anyone interested to get in touch with our experienced Sales Advisors as soon as possible to avoid disappointment."
