Rendall & Rittner has been chosen by Esquire Developments for new homes in Medway.

At the Riverbourne, Woodlands, Appleyard Quarter and Pomarium Close, developments near Rochester and Gravesend, which are all set in stunning tranquil locations, Rendall & Rittner is managing the estates grounds, including gardening, maintaining ecological areas and children’s play areas, and is also procuring green electricity for communal areas. The Company has recently been appointed to Esquire Developments’ new home developments at Hill Farm in Bobbing, Millers Field in Loose and The Hollies in High Halstow.
Ben Kilgore, Head of Commercial at Esquire Developments said: "We are looking forward to our relationship with Rendall & Rittner continuing into 2023 and beyond with our three latest developments 'Hill Farm' in Bobbing, 'Millers Field' in Loose and most recently 'The Hollies' in High Halstow."
