Kier Appoints Operations Director For Health Major Projects

Kier has appointed a new operations director for health major projects.
David Hollywood joined the firm in January 2023 and in this newly formed role, will lead on upcoming major health projects with a focus on key opportunities including the New Hospitals Programme and Construction Works and Associated Services 2 (CWAS2) / ProCure 23 (P23).
Prior to joining Kier, David was project director at ISG for two years. With over 25 years' experience in the construction industry, David has worked for contractors and NHS Trusts to deliver major health projects up to £400 million in value.
Cheryl Parsons, Health director at Kier Construction, said: "I'm delighted to welcome David to our Construction business. We have a strong presence in the health sector and the extensive experience and leadership skills David brings, whilst working alongside our specialist teams, will strengthen our position as a leading provider of healthcare facilities in England, Scotland and Wales."
Mr Hollywood said: "I'm excited to be joining the Kier business at a time when there are such great opportunities in the UK health market. Kier’s reputation in the sector is second-to-none and I look forward to working with the team to enhance this even further through the delivery of outstanding projects for our clients and end users."
