SVPs provide property developers with great advantage, however simultaneously in 2023 great challenges, mainly around obtaining credit for materials.
Laker's ground-breaking initiative offers experienced housebuilders and developers access to the same type of finance schemes that the national house builders all use. However levelling the playing files for our SME Property developers offering up to 70% GDV (Gross Development Value), or 90% loan to cost, to pay for your development.
