100-Year Anniversary Commemorative Clock For St. Albans Girls' School
Good Directions Ltd was contacted by St. Albans Girls’'School who were celebrating their 100-year anniversary and were considering installing a commemorative clock outside of their main reception area.
They had very specific requests and requirements, and Good Directions was more than happy to work alongside them and ensure they received a product they were delighted with and was a fitting celebration for their centenary.
This bespoke monolith was manufactured out of brushed Stainless Steel panels. The metal framework was powder coated yellow, with their crest and bespoke sign writing applied in blue and yellow vinyl to match the school colours.
The clock hands were finished in the same RAL blue that the vinyl is in, ensuring a perfect match. This monolith had 2 clocks, one traditional, with Roman Numerals on the outside, the other had 8 influential and inspirational women’s names from activists to scientists for the chapters, leaving only the 12,3,6 and 9 numbers visible. This effect was also achieved by using vinyl, with each of the women’s names being in their own circle and colour, inspiring the girls at the schools and to remind them of the greatness they can achieve.
Good Directions Ltd does not only produce many stock or “traditional” clocks, but it also has enormous pride in its engineer’s talent and industry know how to be able to produce bespoke pieces such as this one. Their helpful and friendly office staff will happily take care of you, and you can be rest assured that your ideas and products are in safe hands when you interact and purchase from Good Directions Ltd. Whatever your idea, whether it be for your home, school, business or local pub or club, there is guaranteed to be a size and style of clock that you will cherish forever. You are only limited by your imagination when ordering a clock from Good Directions, with you being able to customise virtually every element of your clock, ensuring that there is nothing else quite like it on the market elsewhere.
