Avant Homes Appoints Head Of Construction For Central Region

Avant Homes has appointed Matt Rodgers as Head of Construction for Central Region.

Rodgers has been promoted from area construction manager to the position and has more than 26 years' experience in the housebuilding sector.

In his new role, he is responsible for Avant Homes Central's overall construction delivery. This includes supporting the construction team and wider business to continually meet forecasted targets and deliver developments in adherence to health and safety regulations.

Commenting on his appointment, he said: "Avant Homes has a clear national and regional expansion strategy, and I'm excited to play my role in achieving this.

"Our construction team is dedicated to delivering high quality new homes in great locations. I am looking forward to supporting them on their own personal development and driving the business forward to achieve our goals across the region."
