With over 30 years design experience within the scaffolding and temporary works sector, there is very little that we haven'' been involved with over the years - from bridges over the River Thames, film set structures, naval ships in dry docks to one of our most innovative designs at the Tate Modern project.
With a vast array of experiences not only on scaffolding design, but in formwork design and temporary support works as well, we are capable of providing workable solutions for engineering problems.
The way companies interact with one another is certainly one of the most important things in doing business. It is not always about reputations but about personalities and how well you maintain a good relationship with your customer.
At Tubular Techniques we pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable, adaptable to the client’s needs and wherever possible working with them to utilise the skills and equipment that they already have.
We endeavour to keep our clients informed throughout the design process. We will provide initial designs to ensure that we ourselves have understood all of the requirements and maintain contact through to the final design which will incorporate any amendments and changes to the scheme that may be required.
Above all in today’s market timing is everything. We try our utmost to work to the deadlines of our clients and provide realistic time scales for design turnaround periods. This also means keeping our customers up to date should there be any changes to the agreed schedules. Having the right information to hand at all times is crucial and delays must be notified as soon as they occur so that disruption to the projects can be reduced to a minimum.
We aim to provide a service to our customers which will give the most cost-effective solution to their design problems. We aim to work with our clients to ensure that we offer design schemes utilising their materials and skills to satisfy their customers.
We often work with our clients, helping them prepare tender stage schemes to assist them in pricing and winning projects. All of our designs are produced using the latest software and industry standards and codes of practice appropriate to the individual jobs, using both structural analysis packages and manual calculations to give the most cost-effective solutions.
Tubular Techniques Ltd specialises in scaffolding and temporary works designs providing well thought out, unique solutions to all types of access problems using both traditional tube and fitting scaffolding or the many systems that are now available. We can also prepare designs for formwork, heavy duty propping using proprietary shoring systems such as RMD or Mabey and designs using timber or steelwork.
Our combined years of experience within the industry means we are more than capable of carrying out all types of scaffold and temporary works design on various projects including bridges, high rise housing and office blocks along with dead shore supports, façade retentions gantries and temporary roofs. We work in all sectors including domestic, commercial and infrastructure projects including London Underground, Network Rail and Highways agency projects. All of our designs are internally checked to ensure quality and accuracy of designs before being issued to our clients.
If you think we may be able to help you with an engineering solution that you may need for any scaffolding or temporary works problems, then please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
