Huckletree Set To Open New Workspace In London
Huckletree is set to open its eighth workspace in Broadgate, Liverpool Street from September 2023.
The new workspace will take up four floors of the newly refurbished 199 Bishopsgate building. The new space is the result of a deal signed with real estate investment company British Land.
The site will include 35,000 sq ft of private offices, two enterprise suites, meeting rooms, collaborative breakout areas, a Town Hall event space and communal kitchens.
It will also provide a plant based cafe, member's bar and a dedicated wellness area. Huckletree plans to open further workspaces this year, including one in London's south west area.
Commenting on the new site, Gabriela Hersham, Co-Founder and CEO of Huckletree, said: "In the last two years we have focused on building incredible experiences as people return to the workspace with higher expectations than ever before, expanding our programmes to reach more entrepreneurs and businesses globally, and scaling our business with Oxford Circus opening earlier this year and Liverpool Street set to open this autumn.
"Our members work alongside the most exciting community of disruptive companies, entrepreneurs and global teams who are leading the way in their industries. We have ambitious growth plans, and I am proud to be bringing Huckletree to the heart of London's financial district."
Reflecting on the partnership, Michael Wiseman, Head of Office Leasing at British Land said: "Across our central London campuses we continue to attract innovative businesses looking for well connected, amenity-rich, sustainable workspace for teams to come together and collaborate, so it's great to be supporting Huckletree's expansion plans with their exciting new space at Broadgate’s 199 Bishopsgate. Huckletree's arrival will complement our Storey offer which provides personalised, flexible working environments for forward-thinking companies and which we continue to grow throughout our campuses."
