Crest Nicholson Releases New Homes In Hawley
Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has released a number of four and five bedroom homes for sale at its Fernhurst development in Hawley.
The three-storey properties are designed with families in mind, with large bedroom spaces and separate kitchen and living room areas. The four bed properties feature two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor with a master, en-suite bedroom on the top floor.
The five bed properties include an open plan kitchen-dining-family area at the rear of the property. The ground floor also includes a living room, utility room, WC and study.
80% of Crest Nicholson's properties in the area have already been sold. The new four bedroom properties are priced at £549,950 with the five bedroom variation being valued at £629,950.
The Fernhurst development is situated 15 minute's drive away from Camberley and Farnborough town centres. Just off the M3, the site allows close road access to London and Bassingstoke with nearby Farnborough train station running direct trains to London Waterloo station in 34 minutes.
Commenting on the development, Eileen Guihen, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson, said: "We are pleased to be releasing a new range of family homes at Fernhurst to meet growing demand in the area and following the success we have already seen with sales on site. Offering 75% open green spaces, the development is ideal for families and second-steppers looking for well-connected living in a vibrant area. Our dedicated SmoothMove and Part Exchange schemes are also available on select properties to support prospective buyers with existing properties to move seamlessly into their new home."
