New-Build Homes In Chichester Now Available
A range of new-build three-bedroom houses at Linden Homes' Minerva Heights location in Chichester are now available for shared ownership.
The houses are being offered through a new scheme called Home Stepper which has been launched by a partnership between Linden Homes and new-build affordable homes specialist Sage Homes.
Shared ownership homes allow buyers to buy and own a percentage of the home and pay rent on the remainder of the property, allowing those who have been saving for a deposit for a home, to get onto the property ladder even quicker.
There are three-bedroom houses available with Home Stepper at Minerva Heights, in a choice of two different styles.
Melanie Richards, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: "Our partnership with Sage Homes on the Home Stepper scheme is a game changer for many buyers and has enabled them to purchase the home they really wanted in a more affordable way.
"The launch of the scheme will help a wide range of people be able to move into a high-quality and spacious home which meets their needs. There are different styles available at Minerva Heights to suit different requirements, so people don’t need to compromise on where they call home."
The three-bedroom Eveleigh, and Midhurst designs are being offered with Home Stepper at Minerva Heights.
The Eveleigh is a two-storey semi-detached house with a kitchen/dining room to the front and a living room with French doors to the garden at the back, and an en suite main bedroom upstairs.
The Midhurst is a detached double-fronted house with a kitchen/dining room with French doors, a large separate living room and a utility room as well as an en suite to the main bedroom.
