With state-of-the-art technology, the new rigs are quieter and safer, meaning less disruption.
The 2.2-hectare site, which served as headquarters for the Royal Horse Artillery until 2012, is located in the heart of St John's Wood between Finchley Road and Primrose Hill. The site will be transformed into a high-quality residential development providing c.120 private and 100 affordable homes. We are looking forward to working on the next stage of the project with McGees, following their successful demolition works, to deliver a significant basement contract."
Seb Fossey, Managing Director of McGee, said: "The whole McGee team are incredibly proud and excited to have been appointed to deliver the next phase of this major super-prime scheme, building on the relationship and trust earned with the client team.
