Cardo Group has completed its third acquisition with the purchase of building maintenance specialist, Jefferies Contractors Limited.
This latest acquisition takes the Group's annual turnover to £115million and its directly employed staff increases to over 650.
Less than four months after announcing its acquisition of its platform company, LCB Group, a south-west based building maintenance specialist, Cardo Group acquired south-east based Osborne Property Services Limited 2 weeks ago. West Midlands based Jefferies has now been added to the Group’s portfolio of companies.
Jefferies was established by Terry Ware in 2008 and, like it's two stable mates, is a well-respected specialist in the social housing building maintenance sector.
Cardo Group CEO, Liam Bevan, commented: "I am delighted to welcome everyone at Jefferies to the Cardo Group. This is the third company we have acquired with strong shared values and a demonstrable ability to improving the quality, energy efficiency and warmth of social housing homes and other properties.
"This collective reputation gives us a strong foundation to seize emerging business opportunities. The acquisition of Jefferies extends Cardo Group's geographical reach into the Midlands and we are looking to build on that with a target to double Jefferies' turnover in the next 3 years."
