Screedflo Thermal Screed
Projects with underfloor heating will benefit from significant savings in energy costs by using Screedflo Thermal anhydrite screed.
Standard sand and cement screeds conduct underfloor heating at around of 0.41W/mk.
Liquid screed is 2.1W/mk, with Screedflo Thermal screed producing test results of 2.5W/mk. (This is very beneficial when relying on ground or air source heat pumps with a lower flow temperature).
Benefits of Screedflo screeds
• We batch on site and batch exactly what is required, so no waste or issues with over or under ordering, ( up to 9m3 or up to 17m3 with a refill of sand)
• No waiting for ready mix trucks to arrive and consistency of material
• We can batch more than one product on the day, if different products are required, such as Screedflo Extra in the garage and standard Screedflo in the house.
• Less water used as the product is batched onsite, so does not require additional water on arrival, as with ready mix trucks.
• After sales follow up and advice.
• Site visits to check the prep work and offer advice.
• We offer several products including a fast-drying Rapide screed, which can be dry in 14 days at 50mm depth.
