System C has opened a new 6,000 sq ft Grade A office suite at Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters.
The British tech company provides IT solutions to many NHS Trusts and local authorities within the Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care System, including Liverpool University Hospitals, the Walton Centre, and Alder Hey, as well as Liverpool City Council and Knowsley, Sefton, and St. Helens Metropolitan Borough Councils.
System C has created a central hub at Princes Dock, closer to its customers and where it can prioritise staff engagement, through more collaborative and flexible working. The company wanted to invest in a city-based location, with access to public transport for around 60 staff who will be based at the new offices, as well as its 750 employees across the UK.
To support its plans for growth, the company also chose an easily accessible location to attract new talent from across the region. The waterside location of Princes Dock, with its new café’s, bars, restaurants, leisure facilities, and public realm, also provide it with an attractive location where it can host meetings and events.
Liza Marco, Asset Manager at Liverpool Waters, said: "We are delighted to welcome System C to Liverpool Waters. Princes Dock continues to be a highly desirable location for forward thinking businesses who want to provide an attractive, accessible, sustainable and flexible workspace for their growing teams.
"These offices and workspaces within Princes Dock allow for collaborative working and which help to motivate teams, boost creativity and wellbeing, as well as support businesses to become more energy efficient with the Net Zero Carbon status."
