Bennett Construction Scoops £116m Contract
Bennett Construction has scooped a £116 million contract with developer Present Made and funding partners Nuveen and Apache Capital for a 373 home single-family housing development in Eddington, Cambridge.
Planning permission is in place, and Bennett are due to commence on site later this month. The development is due to complete in 2025 and will also be operated by Present Made.
Aside from the residential element, Eddington will provide a range of amenities and shared spaces, including a communal pavilion, gym, yoga studio, private dining room, bike cafe, games room, cinema and co-working space. It is targeting Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5 and will be compliant with the new Part L Building Regulations.
