Gateley Vinden Announces New Appointments
Gateley Vinden has bolstered its quantity surveying and project management team in London and the South East with four new appointments.
Simon Dewar joins Gateley Vinden as a consultant, bringing more than 30 years of experience as an accomplished chartered quantity surveyor to the team. Prior to this, he spent 15 years with Gardiner & Theobald before co-founding Navigation Management where he spent 18 years delivering complex and high-end projects for residential developers and both private and public sector clients across the South East, including multi-million pound luxury retail and commercial fit outs.
Kenneth Lo, Simona Pala and Zorana Randelovic also join from Navigation Management. Lo joins Gateley Vinden as a senior surveyor following five years working with Dewar and prior to that worked in Hong Kong where he managed projects for shopping centres, luxury hotels, high-end residential developments and office fit outs.
Pala joins as a surveyor with more than 12 years of experience, predominately in Italy, working on design and pre-contract cost management and measurement for the public and commercial sectors. During her four years at Navigation Management, Pala specialised in new build and refurbishment works for the residential sector.
Randelovic completed an MSc in Quantity Surveying at London South Bank University with distinction. Since graduating she has gained exposure to a wide range of projects within both the residential and commercial sectors, focusing on estimating and preparing costs for tenders, before joining Gateley Vinden as a surveyor.
All four appointments will work alongside director, Anthony Meaden, who heads up Gateley Vinden's cost consultancy and project management offering within London and across the South East. The newly expanded team will deliver cost and project management, quantity surveying, technical due diligence and fund monitoring services across a wide range of construction and development projects.
