Go Geothermal has entered into a new partnership with Midea Cooling & Heating (UK & Ireland) to become stock holding distributors of Midea heat pump products.
We will distribute the complete Midea heat pump product range as well as support customers through their solution knowledge and technical capability. As stock holding distributors, Go Geothermal will offer next-day nationwide delivery from their warehouse in the north of England.
Announcing the new partnership, Steve Robinson, Managing Director, Midea Cooling & Heating (UK & Ireland) commented: "We are extremely proud to announce our partnership with Go Geothermal, a company whose values and commitment to customer care match those of our own.
"Midea is a manufacturing juggernaut who has made a significant investment in renewable technologies, and with a leading range of heat pump and energy storage solutions, it is imperative to choose a premium distribution route that encourages the sale of our products for their technical advantages and aftercare solutions.
"The Go Geothermal team demonstrated an elite level of professionalism when detailing their plans for how they will promote and support the Midea brand, and this was one of the key reasons for reaching this agreement. The fastest way to erode brand value in any industry is to allow everyone and anyone to distribute your products. It is therefore paramount to our continued growth that we are selective about working exclusively with distributors who show a passion for delivering our customer mandate of providing premium levels of support and service. We look forward to a long and successful partnership that will further increase our UK market share."
Sean Sowden, Executive Director at Go Geothermal, said: "We are delighted to have become a distributor of Midea’s heat pump products. From our initial conversations with Steve and the team, we could see the passion and belief they have in the brand and their products, which is emphasised by the Mi Pro partnership and industry leading warranty they offer their partners. We are looking forward to introducing the range to our large customer base in the UK.
"We have both the R32 and R290 models in stock, along with a huge selection of heat pump cylinders, hoses, feet, filters, pre-insulated pipe and other ancillaries, all with next day delivery guaranteed.
"This new partnership with Midea will further strengthen Go Geothermal's position as the leading supplier of heat pumps in the UK which, when combined with our unrivalled technical and aftercare support, means we can offer a true one-stop-shop solution."
Both companies attended Reading FC, the home of one of Midea’s game-changing training academies, to sign the official distributor agreement. Midea Cooling & Heating (UK & Ireland) is an Official Partner of Reading FC & Sunderland FC, where monthly training days are held for heat pump installers. Midea is also an Official Partner of Manchester City – awarded the most innovative sports team in the world – which gives the Midea brand great global visibility and fantastic exposure in the UK.
