Glencar has completed work on a Mid-Box scheme for Vengrove in Birmingham.

The project involved the construction of one unit subdivided by a 1 hour firewall to create two lettable spaces of 42,000 and 58,000 sq. ft at Erdington Industrial Park in Birmingham for investment management and advisory firm Vengrove at Erdington Industrial Park in Birmingham.

The units which were built speculatively were constructed to an extremely high specification with best in class ESG credentials achieving the score of BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating. The specification includes 10M eaves height, 44M yard depth, roof mounted PV panels together with dock level and level access doors.
