Remove and clean pan strainer
Check water level (reset if necessary)
Check for free fan rotation
Lubrication of fan shaft bearings
Check locking collars
Check fan belt tension (adjust if necessary)
Check condition of heat transfer surface
Inspect spray nozzles, remove and clear (if necessary)
Check eliminator location and condition
Restore electrical supply (by others)
Check fans for correct rotational direction
