Lovell Scoops Prestigious Award

Lovell has scooped an award for the 'Best High Volume New Housing Development' in the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) awards for Nar Valley Park, built in partnership with Borough Council of Kings Lynn & West Norfolk.

The LABC Building Excellence Awards recognise and celebrate outstanding building projects, and the Nar Valley Park development of stunning two and three-bedroom homes in King’s Lynn demonstrated exceptional quality, innovation, and compliance with building regulations.

Simon Medler, regional managing director at Lovell, said: "It is incredible to be recognised for the fantastic work that we achieved at Nar Valley Park. We are exceptionally proud of the entire team and the standards achieved on the homes, and to be awarded the Best High Volume New Housing development in the region is really special. We are now selling the first releases at Florence Fields- a stunning collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes in King's Lynn."

The awards presentation will take place on Friday 24th January 2025 at Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
