Construction firm Willmott Dixon has handed over 96 new affordable homes to Hounslow Council as part of the council's plans to boost inclusive growth and economic vitality in Brentford.
The newly completed homes, located in Tintern, Hamlet, and Sonnet Houses, contribute to a larger regeneration effort aimed at creating a sustainable, vibrant community.
The residences form a critical part of Hounslow’s broader masterplan to revitalise Brentford, which includes the development of quality housing, community spaces, and new business opportunities. The project supports the council’s goals of creating job opportunities and fostering a robust local economy for years to come.
With the completion of these homes, Brentford's transformation continues, paving the way for a thriving neighbourhood that promotes inclusive growth and long-term sustainability for Londoners.
Richard Poulter, managing director for Willmott Dixon in the South, said: "We are incredibly proud to have partnered with Hounslow Council on this transformative project. The completion of Tintern, Hamlet, and Sonnet houses is a significant achievement that reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable homes for the local communities. This project demonstrates the power of collaboration and shared vision in creating spaces where people can thrive. We are delighted to have played a part in the regeneration of this area."
