A Planning Engineer for Cementation, Sam Blanchard, won the Rising Star award. She was recognised as a trailblazing professional in the industry, known for delivering complex projects ahead of schedule and enhancing site culture.

Following the award win, Sam said: "I'm so honoured to have been recognised by the FPS for my contributions to the piling industry. Since I joined Cementation three years ago, I've worked on some incredible projects alongside many fantastic teams. I'm really grateful for all of the opportunities and support I've been given while working here."
Cementation Skanska, in collaboration with Spillard Safety Systems, also won the Safety Innovation award for their innovative AI-driven human detection camera system, which automatically halts machinery when a restricted zone is breached.
