Skanska has signed a seven-year contract extension worth £95 million to continue providing facilities management (FM) services at Northwood Military Headquarters in Hertfordshire.

The agreement with Eastbury Park Limited ensures the renewal of hard and soft FM services across the entire estate. This extension follows a mid-term review of the services and will take effect in November 2024, building on Skanska's long-standing relationship with the headquarters.
