This significant accomplishment highlights their commitment to civil engineering and their continuous professional development. The recognition is a testament to the hard work and expertise they bring to the business, showcasing the exceptional talent within the GRAHAM team.

The ICE Professional Qualification is a key milestone in the careers of civil engineers, and GRAHAM's recognition of these achievements underscores the company's focus on fostering professional growth and excellence within its workforce.

Karl Lomas said: "I've been with GRAHAM for over ten years and would absolutely recommend an apprenticeship. I started off as a technical apprentice and progressed to Project Manager working on rail, highways and bridge projects. An apprenticeship might not be a traditional route, but it equips you with the technical knowledge, while learning on the job."
