Throughout his career, Tom has worked across various B2B industries, refining his ability to create and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and commercial success. His experience includes managing global content strategies, overseeing rebranding initiatives and implementing sales enablement tools to enhance business development efforts. As a strong people manager, he has also led and motivated high-performance marketing teams, ensuring that businesses achieve their strategic goals through effective communication and brand positioning.
Prior to joining Proteus Waterproofing, Tom worked in a variety of senior marketing roles, including freelance and interim positions where he provided strategic marketing expertise to B2B organisations. His work has spanned multiple sectors, including logistics, construction, risk management, recruitment, and IT/software services.
